Happy New Year friends! It has been a while and wanted to catch you up on a few things. We had a wonderful Holiday with family and friends hard to believe that has been about a month ago and we are now in 2025! Does that just blow you away? It does me. I have been busy making new videos for my youtube channel and trying to get back into a routine. As much as I enjoy time and much needed break its is good to have a schedule. Or at least it does help me. 

I have some other news to share. I am no offering some of the best kitchen knives around.
