2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
1 cup shredded zucchini (squeeze out excess moisture)
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 large egg
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika.
Cut in Butter: Add the cold, cubed butter to the dry ingredients. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to cut the butter into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
