1/2-3/4 cup of sourdough starter
1-3 tablespoons of honey (you can use sugar)
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 1/4 cup of water
3 cups of flour
1. Add starter, honey, salt and water mix together. Once combined add your flour. I always start with a little less and add more if needed. Easier to add more flour than take out. You will be able to tell if the dough is to wet by the feel. If you notice it is still wet gradually add a little more flour to get your desire texture.
2. Remove dough from mixer and on a floured surface sprinke with flour kneed the dough and work until you get a smooth round ball.
3. Let stand and rise for 6-8 hours or you can do a slow rise in the frdige all night. Make sure you cover your bowl.
4. The next day form the dough into a bread loaf and place in bread pan that is greased so bread doesn't stick. Let rise until doubles in size
5. Preheat over to 400 and bake for about 40-45 minutes or enteranl temp is 190 degree this is when your bread is done.
**Remember each over is different so you should start checking your bread at 30 mins to see if it done. I make this bread once a week for my family and it so easy once you get the hang of it.
Blessings
